Please ensure all products are returned in their original packaging with all included accessories to qualify for processing.

Secure Packaging
Carefully pack the item in its original manufacturer box, including all manuals, cables, and remote controls, and place it inside a protective outer shipping carton.
Shipping and Tracking
Affix the return label and ship the package using a tracked and insured courier service to ensure the high-value equipment arrives safely at our showroom.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the unit to verify its condition, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
